Let us show you how to manually uninstall Kodi addons to save you disk space and memory and speed up Kodi.
Over time, you will install more and more Kodi addons, increasing the amount of space Kodi takes up and slowing your system down because more add-ons will be stored in memory and more repos are constantly being queried for updates. Follow our guide bellow to properly manually uninstall Kodi addons.
As well, with a lot of Kodi addons moving repositories lately, it’s always good practice to delete the old addon and repository before installing it from its new source.
If you have a Kodi box with lower memory such as a Fire Stick, lots of Kodi add-ons (especially installed as part of a build) can really weight down your system, so we recommend removing any add-ons you never use and get no value from.

Go into system, add-ons, all. Scroll to Salts one should say context tools and I forget the exact name of the other. Highlight, hit the menu button, add-on information, uninstall. Do this for both the SALTS add-one, then go down to stream all the sources and it should now allow you to uninstall.
I’m trying to delete SALTS, however I get an error message stating it is used by the following installed add-ons “SALTS context tools. This add-on can’t be Uninstalled”
Help!?
thanks for all of the great information you provide!
