Following a little over a month of uncertainty, a group of Kodi addons have joined together to form the Colossus Kodi Repo. Unlike other repositories, such as Smash, who were providing links to unmaintained Kodi addons as-is, the Colossus Kodi repo contains live developed addons.

Included in the Colossus Repo are addons such as:

and much more! Fans of Exodus should be aware that “Exodus” will not receive any updates and in order to continue receiving quality updates, you should install Covenant today.

How to Install Colossus Kodi Repository

This repository is a third-party Kodi addon not supported by the Kodi Foundation. Though Kodi add-ons don’t store any files or host any content, streams from this addon are scraped from websites that fall in a grey legal area.

Because it is not legal to stream this content in every country and location, we are not posting a how-to guide on this website. We believe that this is the safest move for KodiTips.com because we know that there are parties looking to crack down on websites promoting piracy and we are not one of those.

  5. Hey if people are having trouble finding the colossus repo you have install from repo go into the smash repo thrn add on repo then down the colossus repo which will then show up in the main repo menu to go into and install covenant

    After I put thr URL and go back to the setting, and when I chose the “colossus” and pick the ZIP file, it would fail every time.. I checked everything and it was done right… I am not sure if this is something that I can solve..

  9. I am having the same issue. When I try to install the zip file I get an error. I quadruple checked the “colossusrepo” URL and all is correct. System settings are set to “on” for unknown sources. Anyone know what the issue might be?! This is for kodi v17.4 on a firestick

  10. I am trying to download colossus, when I go to install from file and click on colossus a message pops up saying Failed to install. Why and how do I fix it????

  12. Covenant much like some of the others new gen addons appear to have issues. Everything from Covenant to BOB all free in the last 15 minutes of whatever I try to watch. In some extreme cases there are either no streams or things don’t play at all.

    Good thing I kept ol’ specto around. Not sure if it is being updated but the quality and lack of buffering made for some enjoyment.

    Anyone have any idea what direction specto is going? Has someone picked it up and updating it? Would hate to see a good addon fall by the waste side.

  38. I managed to get the colossal repo downloaded using chrome but after installing it in kodi when i try to open the repo it says “could not connect to repository”.

  40. Finally got it to install, just keep trying, at first all i got was the failed to install error, then suddenly it changed to add on installed, no idea how that happened, but it did. Then went to add ons & after a few failed attempts, finally got it to install there. Yes it failed to install on the add-on side as well, so it’s going to be a process. Site looks just like the Exodus add-on & works fine. I’am guessing too many people are trying to download it at the same time & it causing an error.

  48. The site is legit, and the file will install Colossus. Because it is a new site is very very busy and once I got in it using a browser, I just downloaded the file and then put it in my device and installed from external storage.

  49. I’m getting a zip, but it fails to install. Also getting a 502 error when I examine the link in a browser- hopefully they’ll have things sorted out soon. Frankly, it doesn’t surprise me that it’s offline already considering their past issues with “plate” network… 😉

  66. NOTE: If you get an empty zip file, the server is being hammered. Just be patient and try again later, this isn’t going anywhere.
